Learn, Practice, and Develop Your Trading Skills
The SabioTrade Academy is an educational space built for traders at different stages of their journey. It brings courses, lessons, articles, platform tutorials, trading strategies, webinars, podcasts, and other learning resources together in one place.
You can use the Academy to learn the basics, improve specific trading skills, explore different strategies, understand trading psychology, prepare for a prop trading assessment, or simply keep learning as you gain experience.
The Academy is organized into four main sections: Daily, Library, Explore, and Search. Each section has a different purpose, so you can choose how you want to learn.
Academy Navigation
The SabioTrade Academy is organized into several sections to make it easier to find and manage educational content. The main navigation includes Explore, Daily, Library, and Search. You can also access your mentoring sessions and profile from the Academy interface. Do not miss out on the Academy onboarding while signing up.
Explore
Explore is the main content section of the Academy. This is where you can browse the available learning materials, including courses, lessons, articles, webinars, and tutorials. New educational materials are added regularly, so Explore is a good place to discover something new to study.
Daily Feed
Daily Feed is designed as a dedicated feed for regular Academy updates. The section is currently in development and will include daily updates, exclusive offers, and challenges. Once available, it will give traders another way to stay connected with new Academy content and activities.
Library or Collection
Library is your personal collection of Academy materials. It keeps track of the content you have interacted with, including your favorites, active courses, completed courses, and earned rewards.
This makes it easier to return to something you have already started or saved. For example, if you begin a course but want to continue later, you can find it in your Library instead of searching for it again.
Search
Search is designed to help you find Academy materials faster. The feature is currently in development. Once available, you will be able to search for content by topic or keyword, with an AI assistant also being developed to make finding relevant materials easier.
For example, you could search for risk management, trading psychology, technical analysis, or trading strategies instead of browsing through the entire Academy.
Main Menu
The main menu provides access to other parts of the SabioTrade platform. You can use it to return to your trading environment or move between different sections of the platform without leaving the Academy.
Mentoring Sessions
The Academy also provides access to mentoring sessions. The Book a Session option allows you to schedule a meeting with your mentor and get more personalized guidance.
This can be useful when you want to discuss your trading development, ask questions, or get feedback that goes beyond general educational content.
Profile
Your Profile is also accessible from the Academy interface. This is where you can access your personal account information and profile-related settings.
Free Academy Content
Starting off, right after signing up, you can check out the free academy content. This gives traders an opportunity to explore the Academy and learn without needing access to every course. Free materials can include selected articles, tutorials, podcasts, webinar recordings, and trading strategies.
The Academy includes a selection of free lessons and educational materials that you can access without full Academy course access. These free materials can be a good starting point if you want to explore the Academy before committing to a full course. They also let you focus on a specific topic, such as trading psychology, prop trading, platform navigation, or trading strategies.
Here are some of the free learning materials currently available:
- First Step on the Way to a Million — introduction to assessment preparation, risk management, and the principles behind managing larger trading accounts.
- Understanding Your Why — an introduction to trading psychology, expectations, motivation, and the difference between profitable and unprofitable trading behavior.

- Mini Course: 3 Practical Trading Strategies — an introduction to three strategies: the 1-Minute Timeframe Strategy, Hull MA Strategy, and Simple Ichimoku Strategy.
Explore the lessons that are available under the ‘Start Learning at $0’ button or are opening without the Plan.
You can use these resources alongside your regular learning and decide which areas you want to study in more depth.
Academy vs. Blog: What’s the Difference?
The SabioTrade Academy and SabioTrade Blog both provide educational content, but they have different purposes.
The SabioTrade Academy is designed as a dedicated learning environment. It combines structured courses and lessons with articles, tutorials, strategies, webinars, podcasts, and other learning resources.
The SabioTrade Blog is more focused on individual articles. It is a place to discover specific topics, guides, market-related content, and educational information.
In simple terms, the Blog is a place to read and explore individual topics, while the Academy is a place to build your trading knowledge through different learning formats and a more structured experience.
You do not have to choose between them. A trader might read a Blog article to understand a topic, then continue learning through a related Academy course, webinar, or tutorial.
Explore: Discover Academy Content
Explore is the main discovery section of the Academy. It brings different types of educational content together so you can browse and find something useful without knowing exactly what you are looking for.
Here, you can discover courses, articles, podcasts, platform tutorials, trading strategies, and webinar recordings.
The Explore section is useful when you want to browse by format or topic. For example, you can choose a structured course if you want to study a subject in depth, read an article when you need a quick explanation, or watch a platform tutorial when you want to learn how to use a specific feature.
You can also discover content from different Academy authors, including professional traders and experts such as Markus Gabel, Frank Sohllender, Rüdiger Born, Nick Levinsky, and others.
Courses
Courses provide a more structured way to learn. Instead of studying one topic at a time, you can follow a series of lessons built around a broader subject.
The Academy includes courses covering trading basics, proprietary trading, risk management, trading psychology, strategies, decision-making, backtesting, and trader development. Other courses focus on the psychological side of trading. Topics include managing expectations, dealing with losses, discipline, focus, stress, and building mental resilience.
There are also strategy-focused courses, including From Beginner to Pro: 9 Strategies to Achieve a Million, which covers several trading strategies and approaches.
Articles
The Academy’s article library covers individual trading topics in more detail.
You can find articles about trading basics, technical analysis, strategies, risk management, psychology, forex, stocks and indices, cryptocurrency, economic indicators, and more.
Articles are especially useful when you have a specific question or want to understand one concept without taking an entire course.
For example, you might read about position sizing, trading emotions, technical indicators, market volatility, or a particular trading strategy.
Trading Strategies
The Academy also has a dedicated section for trading strategies.
You can explore different approaches and find ready-to-use strategy scripts. The available examples include Donchian Channel, Short Momentum, Hull MA, and Simple Ichimoku strategies.
Strategies can be used as learning material and as a starting point for exploring how different trading ideas work. Traders can study the logic behind a strategy and consider how it fits into their own trading process.
Platform Tutorials
Platform tutorials provide short, practical explanations of how to use SabioTrade’s trading platform.
They cover tasks such as opening positions, setting pending orders, using trailing stops, finding open positions, checking trading history, opening multiple charts, finding indicators, and uploading trading strategies.
These tutorials are useful when you need an answer to a specific “how do I?” question. You can watch the relevant tutorial and get back to trading without going through a longer course.
PropChat Podcast
The PropChat podcast gives traders another way to learn from real trading experiences.
Episodes cover topics such as trading psychology, discipline, strategies, market conditions, and the personal experiences of traders.
It is a useful format when you want to hear how other traders think, make decisions, handle challenges, and develop their skills.
Webinars
Webinars offer longer-form educational content from traders and experts.
Topics include risk management, trading plans, drawdown limits, market analysis, trading psychology, assessment preparation, portfolio diversification, and scaling a trading career.
The Academy keeps webinar recordings available, so you can learn from sessions even if you could not attend them live.
Daily: Your Regular Academy Feed
The Daily section is designed to become the place for regular Academy updates.
The section is currently marked as coming soon. According to the Academy, it will bring daily updates, exclusive offers, and challenges together in one place.
Once available, Daily can become a simple way to check the Academy regularly instead of searching through the full content library every time.
For now, traders can continue using the other Academy sections to access educational resources.
Library: Keep Track of Your Learning
The Library is your personal collection inside the Academy.
It brings together materials you have worked with and saved, making it easier to return to content you want to continue studying.
The Library also includes your learning activity and recently viewed materials. This can include courses, lessons, videos, articles, and other Academy content.
For example, if you start a course but do not finish it, the Library gives you a place to return to it. You can also revisit an article or lesson that you found useful instead of searching for it again.
The Library can therefore become your personal learning space within the Academy. Instead of treating educational content as something you read once, you can save useful resources and return to them as your trading skills develop.
Search: Find What You Need
The Search section is designed to make finding Academy content easier.
The Academy Search feature is currently marked as coming soon. Once launched, it is planned to help users find materials by topic or keyword, and it will also allow users to ask questions to find relevant Academy content.
This will be especially useful when you already know what you want to learn.
For example, you might search for:

Instead of browsing through multiple sections, Search will provide a more direct way to find relevant resources.

If you are preparing for a prop trading assessment, focus on trading plans, risk management, strategy development, backtesting, decision-making, and assessment preparation. If you need help using the Sabio Traderoom, go straight to the platform tutorials for practical, step-by-step guidance.
You can also use the Academy to simply keep learning. Browse Explore to discover new courses, articles, webinars, and tutorials, or listen to PropChat to learn from traders and experts. When you want to return to something you’ve already started or saved, your Library keeps those materials in one place. And when Search becomes available, you will be able to find specific topics and materials more quickly.
The idea is simple: choose the content that matches your current level and your next learning goal, rather than trying to learn everything at once.
