SabioAcademy Subscription Terms

Please read these SabioAcademy Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) carefully before purchasing a subscription. These Subscription Terms govern your access to and use of SabioAcademy and form an integral part of the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions.

SabioAcademy is provided by CODEVIL IT ENGINEERING LIMITED (2021–2026), registered under company number 680139, with its registered address at 2C, Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland, D07A433, doing business as SabioTrade (“SabioTrade”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing a SabioAcademy subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in addition to the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

SabioAcademy subscriptions are available to traders worldwide, provided they are eligible to use SabioTrade services under the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions.

Access may be restricted or terminated if a user breaches the General Terms or these Subscription Terms.

2. Scope of Subscription

A valid SabioAcademy subscription grants access to all educational materials and resources available within SabioAcademy during the active subscription period, including but not limited to:

Educational lessons and learning modules
Live webinars
Assignments and practical exercises
Individual mentorship sessions
Feedback and performance-related guidance
Any future educational resources added to SabioAcademy during the subscription period

The subscription does not include a real assessment or funded trading account.

SabioTrade may, at its sole discretion, include a complimentary trial trading account as a courtesy. Such trial accounts never convert into funded accounts and may be introduced, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

SabioAcademy is offered through the following subscription plans:

Academy 1-Week Plan
Academy 4-Week Plan
Academy 12-Week Plan

Each plan grants access for the specific duration selected at the time of purchase.

Prices are displayed based on the trader’s location:

EUR for clients in the European Union
GBP for clients in the United Kingdom
USD for clients in the rest of the world

The applicable price is shown at checkout.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. The renewal terms vary depending on the initial subscription selected:

1-week subscription: After the initial 1-week period, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Each renewal will be charged at the applicable monthly subscription rate.
4-week subscription: After the initial 4-week period, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis.
12-week subscription: After the initial 12-week period, the subscription will automatically renew once every 3 months.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SabioTrade to store your payment method and automatically charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal date using the same payment method.

Recurring payments are processed automatically. If a payment attempt fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, or otherwise), SabioTrade reserves the right to retry the charge or suspend access to SabioAcademy until payment is successfully completed.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, renewal terms and billing are managed by the respective platform and subject to their policies.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions Purchased via SabioTrade Website

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their SabioTrade Dashboard.

Cancellation disables automatic renewal. However, access to SabioAcademy will remain active until the end of the already paid subscription period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period.

Deleting your SabioTrade account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Refund Policy

SabioAcademy subscriptions are non-refundable.

No refunds will be granted for partial use, early cancellation, or failure to use the service.

Exceptions may apply only where required by mandatory applicable law.

Upon purchase, access to digital educational content is provided immediately. By completing the purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose any right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Educational Disclaimer

SabioAcademy provides educational content only.

Any trading decisions made by the user are solely their responsibility. SabioTrade is not liable for any financial losses or outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of SabioAcademy content.

The materials provided do not constitute professional certification, scientific accreditation, or proof of competence in the financial industry or any other professional field.

Opinions expressed by mentors, guest speakers, webinar hosts, or partners are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official views or positions of SabioTrade.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within SabioAcademy, including but not limited to videos, documents, lessons, webinars, assignments, graphics, software tools, and materials, is the exclusive property of SabioTrade.

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Access is granted solely to the purchasing user.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Sharing login credentials
Public or private redistribution of content
Recording, copying, downloading, or reproducing materials for commercial or non-commercial distribution
Reselling or sublicensing any Academy content

SabioTrade reserves the right to implement monitoring systems, digital watermarking, tracking mechanisms, and other protective technologies to prevent unauthorized use or distribution.

Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or exploitation of SabioAcademy content may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Permanent account suspension
Legal action and claims for damages

9. Suspension and Termination

SabioTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to SabioAcademy without refund if:

The user breaches these Subscription Terms
The user breaches the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions
The user engages in misconduct, abuse, content sharing, fraud, or any activity that harms SabioTrade or other users

Termination of subscription access does not relieve the user of any outstanding payment obligations.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

SabioTrade reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms, subscription features, pricing, or content at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Reasonable notice of material changes may be provided through the SabioTrade Dashboard or by email.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

11. Governing Terms

These Subscription Terms are governed by and incorporated into the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions.

Any disputes arising from SabioAcademy subscriptions shall be handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set forth in the SabioTrade General Terms and Conditions.
